Spreading Light, Kindness, and Connection -- One Intentional Moment At a Time

The Sparkle Effect is the community-hearted branch of Disco Sol Studios—turning creativity, recovered pieces, encouragement, and intentional acts of kindness into ways people can feel seen.​​

 

Born from grief, sobriety, autism, and love -- our little LLC started as a booth, a dream, and a disco ball. Now, it's morphing into something more : a movement towards compassion, creativity, and community.

The Sparkle Effect is a lifestyle. A mission. A mood. A ministry. The Sparkle Effect is our first official LLC -- a grassroots platform created by me (Delia Jo) and my husband Ryan. It started with an idea: What if we used what little we had and what small daily joys light us up -- our stories, our pain, our gifts, our found items or "broken pieces" -- to make the world feel warmer, more sparkly, and more seen?

The Sparkle Effect includes:​

Hand, poured, coconut soy wax candles from our other company, Let There Be Light Candle Co.

Recycled art, curated gift baskets, Queso Queen creations and just food- or neurodivergent things that make us smile

Faith-based storytelling and support for sober and neurodivergent living via Program Neutral

Random, radical acts of kindness, like tipping hospitality workers on holidays or random Tuesdays 

Workshops, alcohol-free karaoke events, and book signings/mocktail tastings + queso crawls and dining conversation opportunities.​

Why Are We Doing This?

We've been through the fire: addiction, grief, injury, rejection, loss. But God gave us each other and something even better: a reason to stay. We don't have all the answers but we know this 

"When you choose to sparkle in the dark, others find their way home too". ​
