Red Chili Pepper

Nashville, Tennessee

Nashville isn't just a destination. It's the city that held me while I rebuilt my life--through heartbreak, healing, and hot chicken. It's where I wrote a book on cocktails and found peace in living alcohol-free. It's where queso and pizza became lifelines for me, and where I finally stopped hiding.

From early morning breakfast at Big Al's Deli to late-night Daddy's Dogs stops in Printer's Alley, this city has always welcomed my weird, my wounds, and my sparkle.

Breakfast & Brunch

Mornings in Nashville are sacred. These are the weekday quick breakfasts and weekend see-and-be-seen brunches that are worth leaving your comfort zone (or comfy bed) for.

Lunch & Daytime Activities

Midday in Nashville is when the magic hides in plain sight. From queso stops to quiet park benches, this is the part of day where I chase joy on foot, follow the scent of tacos, and rediscover why I love this city.

Dinner & Drinks

Evenings in Nashville used to mean cocktails. Now, I show up for connection with zero-proof sips in hand. Here is where I love to unwind, celebrate, and savor the flavors of Music City without the fog.
