hi y’all! I’m Delia Jo, a food and travel journalist, author, content creator, and founder of Disco Sol Studios. For more than 17 years, I’ve explored restaurants, destinations, roadside gems, and the people behind them.
Today my work lives at the intersection of food, travel, hospitality, sober living, neurodivergent perspectives, and community storytelling.
Whether I’m documenting a legendary cheese dip in Arkansas, exploring a family favorite in North Alabama, or sharing what recovery taught me about connection, I’m always searching for the stories that bring people together.
